Bignova is an emerging technology studio focused on building intelligent software and nurturing practical engineering talent.
It is founded and led by Shivendra Singh, a technology professional with over 18+ years of experience across technical and leadership roles in leading Indian MNCs.
Purpose
We observed two critical gaps:
Thousands of engineering graduates enter the workforce each year, yet many struggle to secure meaningful roles — not due to lack of talent, but due to limited exposure to real-world industry standards and future-ready practices.
At the same time, MSMEs seek digital transformation but often lack access to trusted, transparent, and affordable technology partners.
We believe these two challenges can complement each other.
By building real systems and integrating learners into structured, production-style development environments, we aim to create sustainable value — for individuals and for growing businesses.
